Stampix easily integrates with existing loyalty and CRM programs. Whether its for a customers’ Birthday, Welcome Gift or to redeem points, all it takes is sending a unique link to your customers. For some brands who don’t have a loyalty program yet, Stampix can be the first emotional reward offered. 

Activation Campaigns are designed to attract new customers and collect data, while Loyalty Campaigns help brands to retain existing customers.

It takes 2 weeks to be alive & kicking. During this period the branded microsite is configured, designed and tested before going live.

Stampix’ implementation team takes care of the entire setup. The only thing your team has to do is attend the kick-off meeting and provide input on which assets to use for the microsite & print designs, preferably a brand guide and short briefing.

This is not necessary as Stampix can handle your campaign from A to Z. In some cases however, e.g. for online Activation Campaigns which are boosted using paid media,  it makes sense to involve your Media Agency.

Yes, Stampix can design the print assets based on your brand guide and briefing. Alternatively, your in-house designer or agency can deliver the design according to our templates.

Beside their personal photos, users also have to enter a postal address and email so we can print & ship their photos. Stampix acts as a data processor under the GDPR, and removes all data after 3 months unless specified otherwise in a mutual Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the brand and Stampix.

Stampix is connected to a network of local printers in BE, NL, UK , USA etc. This allows us to process large batches of branded photo rewards efficiently and ship at local postal rates. Depending on location the delivery times are 5-10 days or 3 days with Priority shipment.

Yes, Stampix photo rewards are a nice fit for Birthday campaigns. We usually initiate a 3 month pilot to test and learn before setting up an ongoing program with the client.

Stampix has 7 standard products ranging from Classic & Retro Prints to Postcards. Brands can choose to offer any combination or opt for a custom branded high-end photoproduct, e.g. photobook, calendar, mug, …

Thanks to digital printing technology, it’s possible to print personalised messages on the reverse of each photo. This message can include the recipient’s name or any data field captured during the order process. It’s also possible to insert coupons or use variable advertisement based on the zip code.
