Beside their personal photos, users also have to enter a postal address and email so we can print & ship their photos. Stampix acts as a data processor under the GDPR, and removes all data after 3 months unless specified otherwise in a mutual Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the brand and Stampix.

Stampix easily integrates with your CRM, Loyalty Program or even custom Apps. Through our Client API the collect data is transferred automatically to your CRM or DMP.

To avoid people printing multiple times, we have 2 solutions. The first one is to use unique links, where each link can only be used one time. However, there are scenarios where it’s not possible to share a unique link, eg when you work with QR codes or on-pack communication, which are linked to a generic link. In this case, Stampix has a proprietary “anti cheater” software, which prevents people to place multiple orders by checking their email address and their postal address. It is possible to configure this Anti Cheater system with a maximum of 1 order per person for example.

 

Such a partnership is possible, but requires following information:

  1. The number of members you plan to mail.

  2. The products you intend to offer.

  3. The markets you will target.

Based on this information, our team can ensure there is no overlap with other partnerships and suggest an attractive exclusive discount.

Yes, we can collect member payments in both scenarios. If you require a module to pay with points or a custom currency, there will be an additional cost for integrating this feature into a custom web application.

Yes, we can implement widgets to pay with a loyalty currency or Single Sign-On (SSO) to restrict access to a the white label solution. Although we recommend using unique links which only members receive. Implementing such features will require custom development work and pricing.
