How Club Brugge used Photo Rewards to engage fans after winning the Pro League

Club Brugge is one of the biggest teams in Belgium, winning the Pro League (national championship) six times in the last 10 years. The Club is frequently making appearances in the Champions League and other European competitions.

Club is very connected with innovation and ways to enhance the fan experience, inside and outside the stadium. Recently, they launched the Club ID Gold, a special membership that fans can only acquire by being present in games during the season. Having such goals with memberships, Club Brugge looks for ways to reward and engage their fans.

In a digital world, we felt the need to bring our fans a memory that would last forever. The ease of ordering online combined with receiving authentic pictures from 5 key moments of our season, landed really well with our fans. All 2.200 photo packs were ordered within 1 hour.

The project

As part of their Championship campaign created to celebrate the Pro League 23/24 title, Club Brugge decided to engage their fans with Photo Rewards. Where fans could print Club Moments or their personal memories of the season. The campaign was funded in partnership with Snickers, one of Club's sponsors.

Rewarding fans

Club Brugge and Snickers rewarded Club’s fans offering 10 epic moments of the seasons printed in photos. The campaign was share via social media, email, landing page and application.

During the online journey, customers could opt-in for Club Brugge comms and decide if they want their own photos or the collection of Club Moments.
